Materials Checklist
All submissions are to be post mailed to the gallery; we do not
accept walk-in submissions.
1 . Please include a self addressed stamped envelope so
that we can return your submissions.
2 . Send 12-15 digital images or photographs on CD. Please do not
send slides or original artwork. With the images please include a file with a list of the name, size, medium, date, and retail value of each piece.
3 . Please include your résumé (complete with your name, address, phone number, and email address), biographical
history, artist statement, reviews and other material that
supplements your work.

Silva Gallery will review artists' submissions and give
a written reply within approximately six weeks of receipt
of images and related material.
*
Please note that we do not grant in-person appointments
unless your images have been reviewed and found to be of
interest to the gallery.
* Please allow a period of no less than six months to elapse
before re-submitting slides. Please submit recent works
only when re-submitting.
