Artist Submission Guidelines

 

Submission Materials Checklist

All submissions are to be post mailed to the gallery; we do not accept walk-in submissions.
1 . Please include a self addressed stamped envelope so that we can return your submissions.
2 . Send 12-15 digital images or photographs on CD. Please do not send slides or original artwork. With the images please include a file with a list of the name, size, medium, date, and retail value of each piece.

3 . Please include your résumé (complete with your name, address, phone number, and email address), biographical history, artist statement, reviews and other material that supplements your work.

 

Submission Policy

*Naomi Silva Gallery will review artists' submissions and give a written reply within approximately six weeks of receipt of images and related material.

* Please note that we do not grant in-person appointments unless your images have been reviewed and found to be of interest to the gallery.

* Please allow a period of no less than six months to elapse before re-submitting slides. Please submit recent works only when re-submitting.
